We are available through phone, text and email.
Our normal business hours are 9-5, Monday through Friday. We are not a 24-hour company, but if the need should arise outside of normal business hours, we will do all we can to meet your needs.

Sun Watch SWFL has a basic exterior and interior absentee-owner home watch service plan that we offer. We are also willing to customize home our watch service based on your individual short or long-term needs.
Our customized services benefit travelers, snowbirds, owners of properties that are listed for sale or vacant properties due to other personal or business obligations.
We perform weekly home watch service on condos, townhomes and single family residences.
We provide expert assistance in protecting and maintaining your investment while you are away.

SunWatch SWFL also provides a standard hurricane preparation plan for our home watch customers. The hurricane season in Florida is typically from June 1st through the end of November every year.
We will work with you to create a personal customized storm plan well before there is a hurricane which could threaten the security of your financial investment.
By creating your hurricane preparation plan, our goal is to relieve any anxieties that you may have before the swift development of major issues as well as costly repairs to your financial investment.
No matter the reason for Sun Watch SWFL's visual inspection of your property, after each visit to your property we will provide you with a highly confidential, technologically advanced and customized electronic HomeWatchIT report detailing our examination of your investment property. Your personalized report will include photos as well as an actual time and GPS stamp showing our exact visit. This electronic report is then emailed directly to you wherever you are.
Sun Watch SWFL also provides Senior Watch home service for your elderly loved ones so that there is a regularly scheduled visual inspection of their financial investment. Through providing this service we will be able to alert you to any threatening issues with their home before they become a stressful and costly situation.
